Common symptoms include shortness of breath, chronic cough, wheezing & excessive mucus production. COPD usually develops over time, mainly due to smoking or long-term exposure to harmful pollutants. Although there is no cure, proper treatment, lifestyle changes & medications can help manage the symptoms & improve quality of life.
